Used this tawa for the first time today for makimg dosas, as it is a dosa tawa before a tawa for anything else, it’s nonstick tawa that’s a given, but this tawa does not hold the batter when spread, as a result the dosas turns out softer, not crisp. Hoping for a better experience next time though.
UPDATE : as expected, it works well next time onwards, just as a dosa tawa should do. Happy with my purchase, worth the money spent.
