Well initially there was a dent in the middle of the tawa, got replacement, however in that also there was a small dent, but was managable so didint replace it. However, after i started using it (Note i only make plain roti in it) i could see loose atta started getting stuck to the tawa. even after washing it with the sponge (after soaking in liquid soap) it will not get off. Similarly when i toasted bread in it left a mark in it and its not going off. Plain iron tawa is better than this.
Just thinking aloud, do shops/sellers categorise their products prehand stating these defective products will go for online shoppers and other good products are for customers who will come to our shop to buuy it?

It’s not properly balanced. It falls off the burner stand as handle is heavy.
