Absolutely love the tawa. The non stick coating is perfect, there’s a book that describes how to handle the tawa do follow the procedures to take good care of the tawa. It’s the right tawa I had been looking for. Don’t compromise on quality by spending money on other brands for lesser price go for futura. I love the anionised bottom which keeps my tawa without any oil stains and it’s so easy to clean. Love the idea of having anionised at bottom 👍🏻

Initially it worked fine, was hand washing it after every use but oil leaves mark on it and doesn’t come off after washing as you can’t srcub the pan, even after so much care the coating came off in 3 months and now it is mo more a non stick pan

Been using this tawa regularly since March 2022, and it still feels like new. Very sturdy, no loose handles and the nonstick coating is still fully intact.

This is the worst non-stick griddle (tava) I have ever used. You would expect a great product considering the money you are spending on it, but it does not give you any value for your money.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
I always take care to clean it with a sponge and not scrub it but the non-stick coating came off after a few uses. The dosas keep sticking to the surface.
It is definitely the worst product.

We like griddle of this company because, the previous one we purchased 10 years ago from this company gave us very good performance. This has a plastic handle that makes the use very safe on the stove.

Bought this product two months ago and have been using it everyday. The thing is since you cant heat it even to medium high heat it makes cooking really slow. Plus if you dont immediatly cook something on it the coating on its base starts to melt and causes the fire alarms to go off so over all not a good product at all.
Edit:07/31/2012: After the inital issues with the product it has been great. Actually thinking of getting another one just have to figure out how to get the base coating to melt of in one go.
