arrived within three days of order, solidly packaged, with all accessories (user manual, etc). I have used it only once (until today) for browning some onion and mushroom to use in a stew recipe. I believe it heats evenly due to the thick base, and I like the size, edging height, and edging angle. I will use this griddle over my previous other brand griddle. very happy to have it.

I got this to cook pizzas in the oven under the grill using the method as researched by Heston Blumenthal. Have used the plain aluminium dished version and it works great 3-4 minutes. I put the pizza on the tava on the gas burner while loading up toppings. Plain hard anodised flat version tava would be best for this. The non-stick version is still made of hard anodised aluminium, so if the non-stick surface comes off under the grill, I am not complaining. All metal handle goes fine in the oven under the grill.
Non-stick presumably teflon-based doesn’t like high heat. The instructions are very clear on not using high heat. Complaints by people giving low ratings due to separation of the base or non-stick coating damage are probably using high heat. If you really want to use high heat, get a plain hard anodised aluminium version which has a 5-year warranty and is approved for high heat.

The tawa is really thick and takes a bit of time to heat. But the quality is good. We use it on induction and it has worked good till now. The heat distribution is good.
Have been using it for 2 months now and the coating is still intact.
