The handle is substantially heavier than the kadhai. You have to keep holding otherwise the kadhai can tip off which can be messy at best and hazardous at worst if you havent been paying proper attention. Please make sure that you’re holding the handle when you heat anything in it so it doesnt get unbalanced.
This kadhai is also the only stainless steel one on amazon. Rest are actually coated with nonstick. So if you’re trying to avoid nonstick , this is your best bet. Till someone fixes the balancing problem

Don’t know why they made this on induction. Doest stay flat on induction as handle weight is heavy. Quality is good but practically not able to stay balanced on induction or gas stove. U know to hold hand on handle to keep it balanced.

Initially i thought its a bit bigger in size, but tempering is a breeze with this. It has a good weight added to it and thickness of material to allow even heating. Doesn’t stick, easy to clean and does the job perfectly
