Have been using for over a week. Initially, as expected, the tawa was absorbing a lot of oil. Now its smooth and well seasoned and producing perfect crispy dosas. The pan is solidly built and the handle is very useful. Its heavy, that’s the only negative. Hope it lasts for a long time.
