This wonderchef cast-iron dosa tawa’s quality is very good .. it’s very heavy in weight and it’s thickness is also very good, because of thickness dosa cooked very crispy just like resturant style dosa ,it’s very easy to clean also

My mom insisted to use iron dosa tawa , hence I went with the option of this cast iron dosa tawa.It’s also really easy to use as it heats quickly and also evenly.The main part is the cleaning of tawa is really easier than non stick and also we don’t need to fear the corroding of the top layer .It a bit heavy in weight but maintenance I feel easier .it’s a good option to go for.

Iron utensils are really very good for kitchen use. It is very useful for preparing crisp dosa easily. It is pre-seasoned which allows direct contact of iron with food so you can get your essential dose of iron ions. It is heavy to hold and can’t touch it with bare hands. So one has be careful while making food on this. Apart from this it is a decent product.
