The customer service is very poor.. for installation they took 1month and the auto ignition features is not working properly in the stove .. when I request for the replacement they said it is not possible
as the replacement should be done within 7days where as for installation they took 1 month and then they found auto ignition is not working properly.. I have raised multiple complaints but the service was poor.. still now they havent replaced the product / replaced the the faulty part ..

I needed to upgrade the gas stove at home from 2 to 3 burner and looked forward to this one. An elegant-looking stove that is not too deep, leaves some space on the platform in the front, has three different size burners, and has auto ignition, was a nice bet.

1. Auto ignition is unreliable. Sometimes it works, but sometimes it just won’t.
– Skips sparks- you can hear sound of sparks but it’s not every time on every burner
– Spark rod height is not adjustable- it sparks on the lower zone of the burner and can’t be moved up for better ignition

2. Nothing extraordinary for the price point- like burner profile and design, gas transfer system is an ordinary one, and burner bottom unit is also thin. I have other brands similarly priced 3 burner stove, and every component of it justifies the cost.

3. Poor quality battery compartment whose cover would never lock in place

⚙️ INSTALLATION & WARRANTY

– An automated request is sent to Elica for installation as soon as it is delivered. You may also call on customer care no mentioned on the brands website/manual to register an installation request.

– Installation cost was 250 for the LPG system (mentioned on the website even) and increases if it is PNG, as they need to change the nozzle to support PNG.

– Installation is not mandatory for warranty registration (can se self installed), and I checked twice with the support team on this. Even the service center clarified this part.

The only caveat is that if an authorized provider installs the product, the visit charge will not be there for one year, but if not, the visit charge is applicable during the warranty period, and post that for every complaint. (a bit odd thing)

– Also, the service provider will try to push you for self-installation, and if you don’t know/read the above condition, you will end up paying visit charges for every visit even in the first year of warranty.

For the cons and warranty-related things, I reduced two stars for this product. Rest it is a good stove to own if you can live with the cons and the price.

Installation is good and the Mr. Murali has done a good work and very receprive in clarifying our doubts. The product is very slim and looks good, only problem is auro ignition is working slowly. So Elica service can improve ur RND team can a keep an eye to look out the auro ignition problems to resolve in future.

Installation by sunil and he has good knowledge of the product.gave us all the rechinical knowledge of the product.
