bought offline after sales service is worse. Unnecessary charges for technician visiting which is 500₹ outside warranty which is one year. Better tomorrow for a different product

Pl do not buy their glass hobs at any cost. It is very very dangerous.
In a matter of 9 months, 2 times the glass has broken, and 6 times we have the technician to fix the auto ignition or hobs not working or very low flames.
They will not replace the product at any cost. It’s almost unusable for Indian kitchens.
I am shocked to see such a bad product. Senior management is not reachable at all.
Avoid it’s products at any cost…

Greatest mistake to buy this. Cooking food is too slow and when we called technician he says such complaints are across and cannot help much! Sheer waste of money and time.
And if the milk spills, then the rest of the vessels becomes dark at the bottom as if we cook using wood. Don’t know what to with such a faulty designed stove.

Life biggest mistake to purchase this product as it is waste of money with no services to be offered and no matter how many times you complain your conplain will not be resolved for lifetime plus the techinician and company will just make fool out of you….
They will just pass time until your warranty gets over and then will send technician to get the service charges and spare parts and after that too the problem remains and then they again get charges for visiting

Using this hob since 5 years & started facing problems after 6 months of installation. There are lot many issues with this Hob-
The burners are not real brass burners. Within 6 months of usage, the polish came off. They are just made of some metal which is of low quality.
The so called golden brass ring, which stands on the burner got contracted/ shrink after 6 months of usage & so far I had to get it replaced with the company’s technician twice. The contraction in the burner leads to leakage of gas from the sides making it dangerous to use. It forms a ring of flame around it.
Flames are either too high beyond the vessel or too low to heat.
It’s an expensive useless product, not even worth 1 star.

Within few months , spark related issues started xomming. As what others have said, technician will never accept and offer replacement. Exactly in 2 years, 2 big burners are gone. The spreaders can’t evenly spread gas.
