Faber has good support staff. In this model the Burners are very close, so be careful while ordering and make sure that it’s fine for your needs. I have been using different Faber stove before which seems to be better in terms of space between burners and ease of use.

Knob was broken internally as the Faber support team told me that this is a manufacturing defect.

The media could not be loaded.
It’s a good one, cheaper here than store . But one of the Knobs is too tight.

Just in a few days the cooktop’s knob got stuck twice even after 2 service visits and then the paint started chipping off and stands got dents. After again emailing them the service executive offered to just paint the chipped off area.
Go for cheaper options, this brand offering is no more a good choice after paying extra premium over others.
