Auto ignition not working. The gas stove is not turning on. The company or Amazon has not provided replacement. Money and time wasted

Burner and stove stand also get rusting withing 1 week after one moth of use
1. Brass burner having 5 years warranty got rusting after 15 days like fungus and get color changed in black
2. Glass quality is like local type after cleaning with liquid soap its not looks like clean
3. Pan stand got rusting after 15 days use of gas stove. for this glen don’t have any solution but suggest use as it is.
3. After register complaint Service Center person Anil come at home for give solution but say its get clean by pitabmari powder. After paying Rs.13999/- glen person suggest clean with pitambari which is ridicules
4. Glen service provider Anil visiting person and Prakansh Khapare his senior service provider say there is no replacement in warranty period after material got rusting like gas burner, instead they suggest that clean with pitambari and use as it is. This kind of behavior and service is not acceptable.
5. Anil who trying to clean with pitambari before us but it not even get clean. I shown my previous gas glass top and burner to anil which looks newer than glen gas stove after use of 4 years
6. Service of Glen so bad and manners less.

After just a month of use, the flame burner started narrowing, which was disappointing, especially after spending a good amount of money on this product. It’s simply useless—I’d recommend opting for a different product.
