Super stainless steel …..looking best….more space for big utensils ….fully satisfied….awesome product….must go for it….no any corner is sharp….every corner is very well set for our safety….knob may be tight but we can use some drop of mustard oil ,after using mustard oil on knob it will be functioning very well….only one thing i want from company is that mark one small sighn on top of the knob so that we can check gas on/off……m very happy bcz it is make in india product.

10 REASONS NOT TO BUY GLEN
1. NOT A STAINLESS STEEL BODY.
2. NO QUALITY CHECKS.
3. MISALIGNED BURNER STANDS.
4. NOT BRASS BURNERS
5. DESIGN DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO KEEP TWO VESSELS AT ONE TIME ON THE BACK BURNERS.
6. NOT WORTH THE MONEY
7. BAD SERVICE QUALITY
8. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE> ONLY BLAME AND EXCUSES.
9. 10 DAYS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR ALL FAULTS TO DEVELOP.

I love stainless steel gas stoves and after trying a glass-surface, automatic one decided to stick to the stainless steel variety. We should give up on the stainless steel stoves because the company has outsourced them to manufacturing units that are slapping stickers on branded products without the necessary diligence. Even after cleaning, glass stoves, they can look streaky if you do it in a hurry. Yet the build quality of glass stoves is far better than stainless steel ones.
As you can see, the quality of my gas is a bit gnarly. The logo, the assembling, the shaky stands, and the uneven burner molds seem really put together at a unit not compelled to follow stringent norms.
I would still prefer a stainless steel gas stove but would love it if the overall quality was better. The knobs have no indicators and ARE CONFUSING hence UNSAFE. The gas flames are too high and burn things.
Another star for the shoddy build. I mean uneven moulds so everything is uneven. I might have to switch over to the heavier glass stoves, not easy to clean if the quality isn’t improved. Had to buy it online due to the pandemic so not an ideal situation to check many options or check on screws missing as mentioned above.
I recently found almost all the nuts holding the burner missing. My experience with customer service has been shoddy and very poor. I will wait and see if they get this fixed. The company is still arguing over how I opened the product even though no installation notes are present. Nowhere does it say one has to call for the technician, neither has the technician called me for installation.

Working well Itz almost 4months of purchase. Made in India with standard thickness. Can clean without much effort. I prefer stainless steel on glass tops while buying online bcoz of my past bad experiences with appliances. But the design could be much more better as I don’t feel the burners are of even height…there is a slight slope in the design by which I’m not satisfied. And one of the knobs is a bit tighter which is irking me…other wise a better product than most branded stoves
