got a broken glass top ,after a research of 3 month . went to faber ss don’t go for a glass top it look attractive but think of it there is no isi for glass y because it broke any time ,u ve to pay for changing glass so stainles steel is the best

If you’re looking for a countertop hob/hoptop, I also believe this is the best one available. It’s very sturdy and durable, the pan supports in particular. They are quite flimsy on cheaper hobtops (such as the Pigeon and Sunflame ones, which I compared) but on this one they are strong and heavy duty. The flame is also excellent and strong. I was concerned that it might be difficult to clean but really it’s not. It only needs to be wiped down with a damp cloth, once it cools down. Recommended.

Poor support. Auto ignition is not working on all points

Auto ignition for one switch is not working after 1 month’s use. Customer care is pathetic. You will get through the toll free number once after 10-15 tries . Then your problem is transferred to concerned customer care of your place then again 10-15 calls needed for the customer care to pick up the call. I have already started regretting buying a glen product.
