Surprise to know that no hose pipes provided along with heater .. the person who came for installation charged Rs 600 which was very painful for us to pay after paying huge money for the water heater .. within one day started leaking water from hose pipe .. very bad experience.. no value for money I think

Product was defective. After calling plumber and installing the geyser it didn’t start. Further, while returning the product Amazon fellow denied to take it back as stating this is an old product and pipes are getting rusted. I asked him how can be 4 days old product got rusted. Then after much insistence Amazon took it back. I would request Amazon to return my Rs.800/- which I gave to plumber for installation.
