The hob is beautiful but food cooks very slowly. If by mistake milk boils and spills over the burner, then by all means you cannot light it again. A technician has to be called. The backburners are typical backburners as used in phrases like” put it on back burner”. They are highly slow. Even chai is also made on second burner which is just bigger than backburners. The mega burner sim is ultra sim. What got into Crompton, an Indian company to make such a hobtop.
If one is making a modular kitchen and has minimal cooking and only want a showpiece, then s/he should purchase it.
Last year I purchased it and after so many problems I finally wrapped it and have kept it aside. This hobtop is absolutely a no no for Indian cooking.

Its s great choice for having a good looking hob in the kitchen. Digital timer feature is really cool, you can operate the flame precisely for how ling you want. Brand Crompton needs no second mention.

For the first time digital timer has been introduced in the hob which has made the life easier and also so safe to use. I just place the eggs to boil for preset time and leave for gym without worrying that there is safety issue .
The 3D flame is so Efficient and precisioned that cooking is faster and it saves time

After using it enough I can say that the hob is working great and we enjoy the features, especially the timer.FFD is great and works as expected. One downside I noticed is increased gas consumption from the previous stove.
Good Product –
A must have product for the kitchen. It has good fit and finish. Would definitely recommend this to others as well.
