I recently purchased an LG microwave from Amazon, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. The product did not meet my expectations, prompting me to initiate a return. Unfortunately, my attempt to return the item was met with denial from the Amazon team, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall customer service. This experience has certainly diminished my trust in both the product and the platform.

I had a very bad experience yesterday. its a new microwave.. i tried to heat rotis as it has given a button specially for heating rotis.. butvi thought it would automatically stop when it heats up.. when it didn’t, i checked n saw the rotis were not yet hot.. i again continued.. then after a few seconds, some sound n smoke started coming.. i got scared n hurriedly stopped.. when I opened.. i saw firy red lights from the front wall of microwave n burnt smoke n smells. I immediately called my husband to check.. the rotis became papad.. when u give a button.. u must automatically stop else what’s the point.. very disappointed..don’t know if there is any other way.. they should come n guide the users about the right methods.. I purchased ifb, samsung, staff came to teach the process and uses
