Review after 2 month of use…cons first and rest exp follows…
Very first point- product doesn’t have 5 year warranty on magnetron as you may see BEFORE PURCHASE, it is all one year warranty.
Second point-you cannot see the food from outside as we usually can see from other microwaves. So either you must exactly know the times to heat or may stop n see n reheat, for example there are few items that you may never heated before and here you may burn this.
Samsung says this is for customer safety as per WHO standard, not sure why they cannot even leave a 10% gap or brighten inside light so that it can be seen from outside.
Product is not bad, honesty I was fooled seeing 5 year warranty and after purchase I could not see the 5 year thing, product is average, takes 5 seconds after switching on to function, heating is VERY VERY EVEN that is impressive,machine is average..
You cannot grill or bake here..
Good as microwave.

The settngs are perfect for every function. Made awesome cookies, cake, roast, curd as well. Defrost function comes in very handy as well. If you are looking for a convection microwave that will last long, go for this.

This is ideal for basic food reheating & elementary one-off cooking a small meal. It can accomodate an 11in / 28cm plate. Do check the shelf space where you will place this machine. You will require a 16A extension box if the wall point is more than 1m away! Must make sure the earthing is right. Very silent operation. The light bulb inside is useless if you require to watch while heating tea/coffee/milk! Not sure if it can be replaced with a higher wattage bulb? The demo given by the Samsung person was very useful. He will explain the program index chart pasted on the door frame. July’22 model was under 6K during Festive Sale.

1. Delivered in 2 days with open delivery.
2. Technician from Samsung came on next day and gave good demon.
3. Sleek design with 29 cms turn table in spacious cavity is good.
4. Door opening/ closing is smooth.
5. Noise from Magnetron is negligible during use.
6. LED display sharp and bold.
7. Ceramic enamelled coating of cavity makes cleaning easier, same time resisting rusting.
8. Used so far, only to heat/reheat/warming purposes Outer cover gets very much heated after more than 10 minutes use. Hence cooking is not resorted, eventhough upto 99mts of working allowed.
9. Feather touch control buttons makes operation easier.
10. Last but not least, illumination of cavity during oven working needs improvement, or else the door glass/pane should be more transparent.
Overall we can go for this oven.

Very poor service from Samsung service center
Still Demo has not done. Somebody daily calling and not coming for demo on 3.30 to 4.30pm
We have not expected such poor service from Samsung.
Planning to return if demo not happened this week
Don’t go with Samsung. Go with some top popular beands

Why I bought this : Specifically for re-heat, de frost and daily usage
Pros : Stylish look, easy to use. Works as expected. Did not try cooking.
Cons : Did not find any. Not able to clearly see inside and front glass is black, but that gives this oven a nice look.
