Downtech supplier se kabhi bhi product mat mangwana. Dubara Aaj lg ja microwave aaya hai, wo bhi proper levelling nahin hone se product bahut Jada dis balance hone ki vajzah se return kar diya hai.

I purchased the Solo Microwave Oven a few months ago and have found it to be an affordable and highly functional product, despite lacking some of the fancier features. After using a more expensive microwave with additional options for a long time, I decided to buy this new one since my needs are primarily heating food, defrosting, and making coffee or tea. The Solo Microwave has proven to be perfectly adequate and offers better value for money compared to my previous oven. IFB is a reputable brand; my previous IFB microwave lasted for years without any issues, and their customer support is exceptional.

This is my second IFB microwave and I’m regretting the day i placed the order. Bought it in Jan’2024 and it stopped working in the month of July’2024. Raised a ticket first week of August and a technician visited on the 10th who said he’ll come the next week and he didn’t. Before Rakhi on 18th he told me he’ll fix it on 21st-22nd and he didn’t show up. On 23rd i called him and he yelled at me and banged the phone on my face. I raised another ticket on 23rd and new guy came who said the product will go back to the service centre and left. No follow up from the company, i called again and scheduled another visit on 30th and the technician didn’t show up. I called again today that is 1st September and i’m going in circles because a visit has been scheduled. I requested to speak to a Senior who when I called refused to hear me out.
