I went through many brands and currently using AO smith ,so wanted to go with different brand so i chosen Racold . First impression It looks strong and sturdy body and decent shape. I purchased 25 liters , initially i thought 25 liters might look heavy and my requirement was15 liters only. But length wise 15 or 25 is same , the only difference is width that’s what told by the installation Person. It took initially 20-30mints to get hot water. Will post the feedback after usage of some days.

I recently switched from a V-Guard storage geyser to the Racold ETERNO PRO 25L, and my experience has been fairly good so far. The installation process was hassle-free and quick, thanks to Racold’s team. They provided all the necessary pipes at no extra cost, which was a pleasant surprise and added great value to the purchase.
The geyser itself is a four-star rated model, and the build quality feels reliable, in line with Racold’s good reputation. However, I’ve noticed it heats water a bit more slowly compared to my old V-Guard geyser. If you’re used to quicker heating times, this might be something to consider.
Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re looking for a quality water heater from a trusted brand, and the free installation and pipes are a definite plus. Only time will tell how well it performs in the long run, but so far, I am satisfied with my purchase.
