Product is excellent when it comes to functionality but the wire is too short. So if you have plug that is not very near the geyser consider skipping this product as Amazon does not return the product unless there’s manufacturing defect. I had to rewire in the bathroom because of this.

It’s a good product but pray to God for it’s smooth run, cause it doesn’t fail normally but if it fails in the warranty period, then the manufacturers take you on a spin for more than a month if they fail to rectify the issue and the need comes to replace, it takes a thousand phone calls before they finally replace. My own experience. But still I have 5 such installed at my home and working satisfactorily so far except one bitter experience, which is now resolved.

It’s really an excellent product,heating time is much better than other products. It also fits in small area due to design. Fully satisfied with racold product.

Purchased 2 units in October 23.Both units have inadequate water heating capacity. Serviced 3 times by Racold. Could not improve. Hot water output not enough even for one shower.
