I bought 5 Kgs of this rice after reading the reviews which was highly positive, however I found it not fit to be bought on so high cost. A local dubar rice in less than half this cost smells and tastes better. I hope this true feedback is published so that people may not be hoodwinked into buying such worthless high cost rice.

Packaging is really nice. Daawat’s biryani basmati rice is my first choice, whenever I have to cook rice dishes. This one has longest grain I have seen after cooking. I have tried many but now I have settled to this one. Got them at a price lesser than the market. The quality of rice is v good n we now use them regularly at home. It giges a really good fragrance while cooking and the flavour is also very good. Best option for biryani and even fired rice.

It’s very high Quality Rice🍚 and also taste very delicious😋 The PRICE is little too HIGH 📈 but their’s no compromise in Quality & Quantity plus such Great Brand assurance. The Flavor & scent of the rice pleases my ❤ each time when I tastes it.
I had ordered it on 23 Jan 2021 and after using it for so long I can assure you that their’s no other rice which taste as Yummy as it does.
Tip : Wash the Rice GENTLY atleast 5-6 times

If you’re looking for an extra long grain basmati rice then this is the one for you. I’ve purchased many different brands where the packaging has claimed the rice to be extra long grain and was not. In fact, compared to these other kinds of rice the Daawat rice could be classed as XXX long grain.

Note: I use 2 cups of rice and 3 cups of water and wait only for 3 whistles when cooking in a pressure cooker
