Amazon delivered before the committed date. For installation called bajaj toll free no and it takes working days after free installation.
Excellent product. Yet it is going well using it for 8 days. No complain, heating good, no leakage( it depends on the installation). But I am little disappointed for not giving screw and nut for mounting and the connection pipes with this product. Overall good value for money.

Very good product.. Water gets heated within 10 min..promptly delivered by Amazon..
Cons: 1.there s no plug connected to the wire, u have to buy a new one.
2.have to buy inlet and outlet pipes, that costs u extra 1000rupees.
3.bajaj says instillation is free but the local Bajaj service center ppl dint do it for free in my city.
Pros:1.very quick heating
2.customer service is good, they ll readily solve ur problems on-call.
Overall a good buy.

Got this product on 16-03-2018. Amazon delivered before the committed date. For installation called bajaj toll free no and got to know it takes 3 working days for the free installation. 3rd day a Bajaj personnel visits and installation is done. After 3 hrs we started experiencing electric shock once the geyser is turned on. I again called the technician and the reply was everything is fine with installation and I need to check the electrical connection in my house. I once again called bajaj toll free no and reply was it takes 3 working days for the technician visit. During these days we were not using the geyser at all and it was a real mess. 3 day a technician visits and says geyser coil has gone and recommends me to change. I was shocked hearing this. Also the technician says the previous technician has not installed it properly. One more shock is he was asking me to pay for the geyser coil. When I argued it was only 5days old he was not listening. When I called bajaj service centre again to my shock they say I need to pay for the geyser coil. When asked the product is under warranty the reply was same that I need to pay for the geyser coil. Bajaj claims they provide 5 yrs warranty and I can’t understand what it means by that. Very pathetic experience buying a Baja geyser. The only satisfying thing is I was able to return the product in Amazon and got full refund. Thanks to amazon

The geyser itself is extremely good. Heats the water very fast. Since it’s 5 star rated it saving energy too. The biggest downside is that it doesn’t come with a 15wat pin, which you have to pay the service person for fitting it. The pipes and T-cock and the 15watt pin fitting charge comes to 800Rs. Which pretty much brings the price to other brand geyser that give free pipes and comes with pin attached. So your savings is nullified. What’s the point of selling cheap if you end up paying for fiting pipes and pin and cock.

Using from more than 2 years and no issues till date. Working totally fine. Bajaj heaters are good no complains.
One think to keep in mind before buy is to go for your required size. Don’t buy bigger size for less price as it will store unnecessary water in storage which will damage the tank in long run
