Disliked the hammered finish.

I would not recommend shri & sam 20cm hammered steel frying pan as it overheats on low flame & burns food without cooking evenly. I bought this brand as i am happy with their kadai. However, the small frying pan isn’t sufficient to make a single egg omlette. The omlette gets burnt underneath while not cooking on top although it was cooked on low flame with sufficient oil. The pan is alright for making a scrambled egg
