Have been using this for several years now. The vacuum has good suction and the blower is good too. Has a spring-loaded power cord system. The clamp that holds the top lid is not secure and comes off easily. Also, you need to apply extra force to turn it on or off as the power button isn’t smooth.

We bought a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner 30 years back and it still works. The quality of the product left an impression in my mind which was tarnished only now after having bought this model 6 months back.
I chose a model with plastic body instead of metal because i had seen reviews where the metal seemed to have corroded and developed perforations for some (esp this having a wet cleaning option).
Pros:
– Good power
– Automatic cord rewinding based on spring recoil system
– Wet cleaning function of course
Cons:
– Poor build quality. The plastic gives off a cheap feel.
– Poor design of hinges that hold the lid on to the body. They are too delicate and keep coming off easily. I am very afraid they might break. Even seen other reviews where they’ve actually broken.
– Poor quality of accessories and pipes. Within 6 months there is air leakage and i had to seal them with a glue gun.
– Poor support from Eureka Forbes.
I cant believe how difficult it has been for me to simply find a spare dust bag.
