This product is not having any service support from the company , they do not have spare parts even in warranty support . To get warranty service you need wait 13 days with multiple follow up. Finally they will conclude no parts. AMAZON not given warranty sale documents blame will be done by Eureka Forbes even if you submit the bill. Strictly do not recommend

The machine has good suction power and is compact. But is skimpy on accessories. I had to buy an accessory package from another company, but I guess that is alright since the price of the machine was moderate. Wish the length of the power cord was a bit longer.

I liked the suction power, quite powerful. It can be adjusted according to need. Some useful inclusions, like upholstery cleaner. But the machine gets hot very quickly. Mine arrived without the crevice nozzle-cum-multipurpose brush, so be careful to check all. A longer chord would be more convenient. The handle could be slimmer and made of soft material, thereby making it easier to operate. Finally, how does one replace the filter and the dust bag, if and when needed?
