Just got the delivery yest. Noise level is very high even on slow speed. Cant hear other person speaking when turned on. Air throw is max 10 or 12 feet distance on low speed. You can feel cool air when pointed at you but dosent cool the room size of 10 x 10 x 11 feet. High noise is disturbing.

Awesome product. Gives nice cool air if filled with cool water plus ice cubes. Go for it without a second thought 👍.

Don’t buy this. Just after a year, it stopped working. The support technician took 2 days to come. He spent 5 minutes, did some temporary repairs and said if it stops working again, the motor would need to be replaced which costs around 2k. He took off with Rs. 500 as his fees and within an hour, the cooler stopped working. I called up the technician again and he said yeah I knew you’d need to get the motor replaced. I asked what did he charge 300 for and he said it’s visit charge which BTW I wouldn’t have to pay if I’ve had the motor replaced in the first place. Both Symphony and its support team are looting customers!

Theres no remote. No fan. it has blower. so noice level is high. u can’t hear anything outside from the room. however the blower is strong but cooling is very very very POOR. Although, cost is down so compromisly u can buy it.

For those who are complaining about the noise, please, don’t kid yourselves. I brought two of these and I have no issues with the noise. It is a very good product. Filters out any dirt in the air and cools the air in the room just fine. And you cannot expect a cooler with bigger capacity to make lower noise. Please compare the amount of electricity it will use before buying the product with the product which will make less noise. I am sure you will be surprised….

Really a bad product. The fan motor jams in months use. This is my third poor quality product from Amazon. There should be a zero star option given to rate bad quality products. It’s better to buy appliances from near by shops as they could support for repairs and services. Buying online is become a risky business now days.

This product had scratches and logo and external body had all scratches and filter had all dirt in it
