I had bought two, one for Bangalore and one for Kerala. In Bangalore, since the humidity is low, it can cool the room. Unfortunately, Kerala being humid it works just like a normal fan. The remote facility is the best feature of this cooler. Soundwise this is very very noisy. Comparing the parts used in this cooler, the price is on the higher side.

Do you buy a cooler that doesn’t give cooling?
So far I never gave bad review. After so much disappointment I giving 1 rating.
1. No cooling at all.
2. Toooooooooooooooooo much noice.
Worst worst worst dirty cooler in the world.
Leave all the ratings, trust me. Just go and buy a local cooler with around 3k price, that would be much better than this cooler.
One good thing is Symphony service is excellent, but what we do with service if the product itself is very bad.

Last month I bought the new color of SymphonyAfter unboxing the box, when I started it, I saw that it was not swingingI had also complained about this. But till now no technician has come forward to resolve it. Nor has there been any solution to this yet! –

good cooler with nice featutre.cooling is nice for medium size bedroom.Little bit more noisey and having smell issue if u used after long hour.overall all its a good cooler and fulfill ur perpose
