I’ve been using this for almost 3 years now. No major issues. Cleaning it can be a bit of a hassle but all in all a very good product.

The product is very good. But the body is plastic and the plastic is not very good. My older toaster from Philips had a metal body. This one does not feel sturdy, specially after heating a few toasts of bread as the plastic becomes softer when warm. Also, it does uniformly heat the bread but smaller pieces are taking more time to toast as they are farther away from the heating element than they were in the earlier toaster. I don’t get professional sized breads, so my electricity consumption has gone up after buying this.
