Chakshu –
It is not the best of the garment steamer. With less than a year of use first the water tank cap broke and ahthorised service centre took 15 days to get it. Now again the element is burnt and it needs to be changed with waiting time of 14-21 days which is ridiculous.
Service is too slow and such frequent breakdowns makes it a poor quality product and should not be bought.

Sleek and classy looking, this steam iron can be easily used at home or in a store. Easy to assemble/dismantle and occupies very less space. For clothes which are not too wrinkled it works fine. But for extremely wrinkled clothes especially in materials like linen, you would still need to use a hand held iron. Plus it is not possible to create creases with this iron. I think the higher end variant has that option.
