I have a collection of steam irons, all branded ones which I had to discard because they were useless but then I bought this renewed iron because of the higher wattage. There was a price difference of around 450 between the new and refurbished ones.
Believe me, I’m not sorry.
Plan to save more money by buying refurbished products.

It is easy to use. Instructions are crystal clear.
Product package was received undamaged condition though the outward package was in fact. The product was not damaged.

Problems:
No ceramic coated soal plate (instead it has American heritage gold plated).
Drip stop not Working (so much water leakage while ironing).
Iron is not Working properly.
Going to return it. Better to buy new product
