Product was delivered as per the specification as promised. The installation team was very experienced and completed the installation within 2 hours as promised. The only glitch was that the process for setting up the appointment could have been better. When I tried to register the product in the Havell’s app the registration still shows pending. Looks like no one looks after customer experience in the app.

I purchased 2 geysers and in the order, installation by Havells authorized technician was part of order. He jus came for installing 1 geyser & that too workmanship was so shabby that he damaged ceiling tile. The same technician was supposed to come for installing the second geyser in 2 days, but he never turned up. Finally i had to get it installed by a plumber locally. Pathetic service by Havells. I would neve buy Havells product ever in my life again.
