I am very much satisfied with the product in terms of aesthetics and quality…I got the product around 2pm and installation completed by 5pm..excellent customer support..as soon as I got the package..I called havells customer care and asked for installation…installation guy came within 1 hour of my call and finished installation. Installation free …and the pipes etc are also included inside the box.
