within 15 days upper inside screw tightened area break by heating element and no warranty on tear..No returning option for this default product .
All Usha products not good..i purchased geyser last year, tank leakage within a year..complaint done in one month.

I expected the grill-bed to be bigger, but it can handle max two sandwiches at a time, that too when those are stuck together. Rest everything is ok. For this size, actually 1500W along with a 15-Amp plug is an overkill. We had a much bigger one (1000W with a 5-amp plug) which we used for almost 12 years without any trouble. One day it stopped working and we thought of getting a new one. While this does the job, we miss the old one now.
