Bought this product around 40 days ago and when my mom used to heat water in a bucket, when she came back to turn off the switch she was shocked to see the heater rod in red Color and the plastic handle was completely melted. Terrific experience with this product. When I was buying it showed warranty and when I came back to Amazon to check warranty details and to download warranty card, invoice was downloading in place of warranty card. Bad product and unpleasant experience buying this
