Please don’t buy Bajaj electricals product, there is no support and sales service available, bad customer service, it’s been 20 days and no response from technical support team

Just bought few days back. Called Bajaj customer care for installation. They came in 2 days and installed it today. Looks good so far.

Bajaj is trusted brand and it does not disappoint. Heats water efficiently and has temperature control knob.
Check out as recently they have discontinued free installation. Technician who came to do the job did a lousy job. Had to give complaint 2-3 times before it was properly fitted.

The geyser is bought in amazon and raised a service request ticket with bajaj electricals to fix it. Bajaj electricals assigned ticket to nearby service provider and engineer brought required hose to mount and install geyser. All at free of cost on sharing purchase order to the engineer. Thanks to bajaj and amazon.
