I liked this product. Using two years. So far so good. Energy saver.

1. time and product box was perfect and undamaged
2. Product was well sealed and perfectly new
3. Product box contains heater, mounting brackets. I had to purchase 2 angle cock. Thats ok
4. Installation by bajaj was on timr and quick
5. Installation is free only to hang heater on wall. But he charged for plumbing works around 400 rs which is unacceptable. Fot pipes he charged 250 rs which is acceptable
6. Water heater takes 30 min ( for max temperature of 75 deh c) in winter season where my area ambient temperature is 15 deg c
7. I am getting almost 15 lit of well heated water.
8. Storage tank must be ~ 15 feet above from heater to get cold water in heater.
9. No noise during heating .

Thanks amazon and seller for send me a very good product, water heater looks nice and performance very good, warm 10 ltr water in 10 to 15 minutes no cracking sound, free installation provided by bajaj with stainless steel inlet outlet pipes, very good product go for it.

The media could not be loaded.
The product is really heavy. Firstly I thought it would take much time for heating up, but it heats up within 5-15mints. I have been using it since 2 years and till now I have not found any defects in it. It’s an energy efficient product. And it’s really look awesome in your bathroom.

Called twice Bajaj customer care.nobody turned up. We had to do it ourself.Thermostat not working properly in low settings.do not go for companies who does not value customer.only their name is big.no respect for customer who put trust in their name.Bajaj we had expectations about you
