This Bajaj geyser is good but comes without a 15 A plug (no plug is supplied at all). It is not also mentioned at all in the product page of Amazon website. I do not understand the rationale of not supplying a plug with a geyser. The electrician who comes to install the geyser will charge you for it because until then you would not be knowing that the product does not have a plug.
Unhappy only because of this. Otherwise would have given a higher rating. The geyser is working fine.

I blindly believed the brand, as I had my previous geyser from bajaj working for 10+yrs. Big regret of buying this product which didn’t even work for a year and surprisingly started leaking within a year. After opening, I saw the tank and heater assembly totally rusted and it was claimed to be SS material.
I didn’t run behind warranty claim as I am lazy to follow-up, at the same time i felt to share this feedback that would caution the buyers and seller.
No point to highlight and complain anything more as it’s the best exhibition of worst quality product

We have been using bajaj majesty from over 10 years now, they are durable and now even cost effective. These small instant geysers are perfect for small houses like that in mumbai, pune. It heats up in less than 2 minutes and are delight to use.
