It started getting rust at base which difficult to clean. Also, fell only once and got water leaking. Not robust, neither stainless steel.

Water/limescale sediment at the base of the kettle is quite tough to remove. CIF stain cleaner seems the only option. The other issue is about water level in the kettle. I wish there was a glass or plastic window through which one can check the water level inside. Eye estimation from a top view is invariably incorrect. Also, a slightly longer power cord would help in placing the kettle at the desirable place. Right now it has to be fairly close to a plug point.

The kettle received is of old stock manufactured during 2020 and package is damaged. Handle of the kettle is not fitted properly and wide gap. Bottom of the kettle is rusted.
