The Manual which came with the product has no information about how to cook soft medium and hard eggs, no info about water ratio although written “as per the table below” but there is no table in the manual. Useless manual. Also no reply I got in response to the email sent about above problem.

This product is highly disappointing. It is fragile, difficult to use, and challenging to clean properly. Additionally, the seller only offers an exchange policy and does not allow refunds, which is quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, once purchased, you’re stuck with it. I deeply regret ordering this product. Not recommend for purchase. Buy at your own risk.

WORKING GOOD SO FAR, EASE OF WORK IS GOOD, HELPFUL IN RUSH HOUR.
HANDLING COULD HAVE BEEN MADE BETTER, THE ONLY DRAWBACK I CAME ACROSS IS ( I CAN BE WRONG), THE PLASTIC CASING LOOKS LESS DURABLE APPEARANCE.
