Checkmate –
I recently purchased this product due to its spillage control feature. But I am sad to say that the spillage feature is very bad it does not stop the water from over flowing when the steam blows out. Secondly the cleaning of the lid under the handle ends is not possible and accumulates unwanted stains/wastes. I dont recommend this product.

I am in love with the concept of 2 in 1 cooking pan and cooker. The booklet helped me operating pan’s top and locking-unlocking cooker. Its perfect size 3L for family of 3. Working on my induction too. Worth buying.

I purchased this after reading most of the reviews…I was in doubt..I wanted something new for my kitchen..I don’t want to loose this product..it is a very good product..you need to understand the technology in which it is based..as it’s bottom is broad it need more quantity of water then usual for dry veg and it requires high flame, for veg curry no problem at all..3L is quite good size for family of 4.

As suggested it’s easy to use, clean, open and ofcourse cook. Leakage/water flow from steam exhaust is 90% prevented due to swach design.
I faced issues twice initially just after the purchase which is the pressure didn’t build up and steam kept escaping. We have used around 30+ times till date and faced this issue only twice but still after putting this on the gas I always have an eye whether pressure is building up or not. Nevertheless, I’m happy with the purchase.

The product looked old and came in with a lot of scratches. I felt disappointed to see that for the money i paid.

This is really bad product. The whistle does not function. The steam is released from the other end of the niple fitted.
We tried all the basic trouble shooting but same result.
The most stupid issue is there is a 24×7 contact mentioned on the site. But when dial it says service unavailable.
Pls give appropriate contact so that we get our value for money.😠

I have tried to cook four time, it does not whistle. the volve do not pump up to block the gas, the air is leaking. Hence the problem. It appear to me that it is a minor manufacturing defect. I will be highly appreciated if the same is replace. You may please arrange to collect back the previous one.
