Recently i bought butterfly wet grinder through amazon. Seems the product quality does not good. Don’t spend your money on this. Thats why the reason this not contains return… only replacement available. Amazon customer care also does not taken care my request for return.

The media could not be loaded.
If you come to center point middle to run So Grinder, it will be very shake. It’s not very good quality, if you come and see it, the stone comes out to run the grinder, it’s very poor quality, it’s not good at all.

It is very much attractive,user friendly and good for a small family 2-5 members. So far nice functioning. Let’s hope for the best usage in future also.

As an idli enthusiast, I was excited to try out this grinder. The build quality seems solid, and it grinds ingredients very quickly. However, I discovered that the high speed is not ideal for grinding urad dal. The fast grinding generates heat, which reduces the volume and fluffiness of the batter – key factors for perfect idlis.
The included coconut shredder attachment also requires some skill to operate safely. It can be tricky to handle, especially for those new to using such appliances.
While this grinder works well overall, I prefer using a slower grinder like the Ultra for urad dal to achieve the desired consistency and volume. The slower speed helps create a fluffier, higher-volume batter that’s essential for soft idlis.

I am writing this review after two months of use. The grider works well, and the build quality is excellent.

The built quality is good. It is a bit hard to remove all the parts and clean after you are done. The lock is tight though so will hold the stones sturdily with its design. I have been using it for months now and haven’t faced any issue. The warranty is same as any other product. Design similar to all other old fashioned table tops.
