I was looking for a steel electric cooker for a long time… It was the only one i could find… So I ordered it inspite of reading comments about dented body…. And even I got one with a dent… It’s working fine and I need it urgently so not returning but am disappointed that it’s a bit damaged. I’ve attached a pic for reference.
The only reason I am going for it is it’s steel inside vessel…

Stopped working after a month and half, when contacted for warranty they asked me to send product to Kolkata and wait for 4 weeks to check and repair the product. Then after a month product stopped working again. This is the reason we don’t want to buy from a local non reputed company. Please go for a branded company even the price is more, for their reliability and service.
