The media could not be loaded.
The product is not easy to handle and requires lot of efforts for adjusting the plates. Also distance between two plates is not ideal for making dhokala. If your objective is to buy this product for making dhokalas then simply avoid buying this product.

Quality is too good, no doubt.
But It’s a manufacturing problem, as it is next to impossible to lock it after pouring the batter. How can someone tighten the screw from inside? I have corrected it by making a screw which I can use from upper side.
And you should also provide a video of how to open and pack it back.

I have no idea how this product is designed, its almost impossible to remove the plates and then put them back and then tighten it. I tried doing it with empty places and cut my finger. I was hoping that this will open from two sides but it doesnt open from any side and the edges are so sharp. It a waste of 1000 Rs given that return window is closed.
