The product was delivered super fast. We placed the order on Saturday evening, and the it was delivered on Sunday morning, and we had a pulao party on Sunday to celebrate.
It is very easy to use. Though we are new and used it only twice, but it is very efficient in cooking good rice automatically.

I was looking for a rice cooker, which can start cooking in the morning my boiled rice ( most mallus and bengali/ oriya prefer) a reasonably good way and keep it warm till my lunchtime. I find this cooker an ultimate help for me, and I am happily using it for last one month, and I could eat the cooked rice warm in this winter season. It has strainer plate, which really separate the starch and I get almost same rice as I do in conventional cooking methods. Only concern is the efficiency, because in the warm mode, this cooker do not have sealed lid, so heat dissipation cannot be stopped. If efficiency is not a concern, this is an ultimate one for rice lovers. We have tried Pulav also that was also fine.
We have tried steaming vegetables also, the steaming basket is nice though it is not metal. Its perfect, simple and visible, if steaming you do, then this is a nice choice.

Product is perfectly good but at the time of delivery the plugin was found to be broken.(The plug at the end of power wire was damaged).

Vry bad customer service…there is no online service/technician available for service. We have to visit offline service center .as our rice cooker suddenly stopped working we contacted customer service, even when there are no dents in the bowl we are forced to buy new bowl.even if there is warranty…which is useless they charge & repair in offline center …the cooker has to be used as showpiece at home.we cannot use the normal scrub …we have to only use sponge one .

What to write about this amazing Product, It’s very beautiful in color, It has a steamer which is useful for me to make Dhoklas and Momos. Its just been a few days, So, Cannot say how much durable it is going to be! But, I’m hoping against hope it will last long. The rice is coming so well, Every grain is separated and not sticky at all. The starch goes under the iron net. Such a marvelous idea. My time is saved and I don’t need to be scared how the rice will come. I can cook for 6 people at the same go. I’m loving it.
