Plastic used for body and lids is very cheap quality. Edges allover the machine are sharp and cut hands. Tubs are deep with difficulty to dlbend over in the tub foe clothes transfer. A little less height ans d wider tubs would have been better. Clothes don’t dry until a 10+ minutes option is selected for spinning. Auto-Turbo!! What is that? Your clothes don’t dry, they are left moist just like hand wringed. Machine keeps on moving everywhere because wheels. No wheel lock.
Samsung is completely OFF MY LIST of favourites for home appliances… a mood off machine I ever purchased. My BPL was much much better and easier to use.
This is my experience of the very first use of machine.

I gave only 4 stars. The product was excellent but service was delayed. Within two weeks rinsing motor didn’t work which is a manufacturing defect and the technician from samsung replaced the motor and handled excellent. But, he was the 3rd technician from samsung who finally identified simple issue. First technician didn’t come, called again. Second technician escalated to senior technician and finally fixed the issue.
However still I believe product is worthy. Please improve your service. Thanks.
