Main hotel line mein job karta hun Maine prepare kiya tha LG ke liye owner ko but yah Mera bahut bada galti tha do microwave purchase kiye hue the donon bhi acche nahin hai aur dusra baat Rai Inka service center aur call center donon bhi Sahi nahin hai technician total kharab

Purchased this oven online for the first time. Easy to use. Looks elegant. I have been using other brands & only 23 L. This is the third one. 32 L for the first time. Happy
Invoice not received from the Company. Worried about Warranty coverage. The LG representative did call and visited for Demo. I think.I should not have told him that I have been using MW Oven since many years. He was too fast. Explained in hyst few demos. Said everything is preset..! Fir rest asked me to read the instructions and go through recipes. Saw some good reviews and went for this. Had many doubts. Bug the executive hardly spent time. He appeared to be in a hurry. Milk heating is preset for 1 L 2 L etc. If we need to heat half litres don’t we have to set manually? Or just monitor and stop the oven manually?
I have not received the Invoice. When I asked for Warranty coverage he showed the book. He said I need to have the Invoice to claim if needed in future. Do I have to register so that the oven receives warranty? If it is automatic then without invoice what do I do?
The executive did inform that if I wanted any technical help I can call him. I felt he cooks have spent some more time to demonstrate manual operations too.
Product as such is very good and value for money.
Observed a new feature. Unlike my old ovens (23L of other brands) the display board exhibits ‘0’ only when start button is pressed. Otherwise no indication even when the power switch is on.
I will have to find out about this and manual settings.
Over all happy and hoping for the best. Thanks Amazon & LG
