Product is good in quality & look.But not working –
The media could not be loaded.
I liked the delivery timelines, price and features
I disliked the dents & holes outside and inside microwave. I noticed this after the Delivery person went away as they were in a hurry to deliver the product and they themselves have given 5 star rating to them by taking my phone. Also, they asked me for tip amount which I have to give ₹50 unwillingly.

Was very skeptic about the product delivery as most had compalined iabout receiving dented or damaged product. Happy with the unboxing as the product came in a perfect condition. Have not used much and gone through its features but i guess the purchase was worth.

I purchased this product before 6 months,hardly used three times,it had a blast,from then I stopped using.to whom should I contact to check product.Can Amazon will send person to check.
Terrible. Didn’t get what was in pic. Seller sent something wrapped in plastic and no handle top. Was a used something from seller. I would like this as shown and will look for it from another seller. I returned item and rec’d a.refund. –

The product is bad quality. The after sales service is even worse.. The glass broke after one week of use andeven after 27 days of complaint customercare has still not provided technician as parts are not available..thats why they are selling it so cheap.. DON’T BUY.. WASTE of MONEY

I come from America and a typical spoiled with all the conviences of American Appliances. This unit is Plenty big for heating up all my plates, coffee and more. Very powerful and can do so much with it. Excellent value. Highly recommend.
