I love love this mixie. Am very impressed with this design and the fact that it is BLDC and Made in India!
Got to know about this through a pamphlet when I purchased atomberg fans.
I had traded in my morphy richards mixie earlier for a nutribullet and was really unhappy about that. One, the build quality was not good and it made a hell of a noise.
Am glad that the bullet is out of my life and this mixie is in now.
The things I love about it are the sleek design, the solid build quality, the fact that it has a separate chutney jar, the slow speed option that ensures you get correct consistency for chutneys, etc., etc.
I know I’m gushing but I really love it!

New update to my review… The chutney jar handle broken off….. Not because of any big thing, just got the jar stuck on the machine and inorder to take it out applied hand pressure… BOOM… the handle on my hand.. !!!!. Updating my review adding a new picture. See how the stuff spattered off everywhere. Jars have no lock. Once you leave holding the lid for a second to find some missing ingredient you are done with. What a stupid design! The chopper jar has a lock where there is no need, while other jars have none, where a lock is necessary. Alas! bad design and performance. Normal mixer grinder, not any wonders as the hype created around it. Performance poor to average. Jars fragile quality. Slow mode not of much use. Chopper jar another waste. Main jar and second jar smaller compared to your general experience. Worth only 4000 INR. I regret buying this. If you were a premium brand user, avoid it, or you are going to regret like me. Not: Especially if you are from south don’t buy it. This doesn’t make idli batter, this doesn’t grind coconut, this doesn’t make ginger paste etc …AS EXPECTED. This will grind anything non wet, but of what use. You can buy any type of fine powder from market and store. The need is fresh wet grinding well. For that this moron’s product is not suitable. A disaster purchase.

The Mixer is very powerful and can easily handle anything that you want to mix or grind. The liquid jar can be improved a little because sometimes all ingredients like sugar don’t mix well when combined with ice. Overall an excellent product and the customer service is very helpful. If you run into any issues they provide troubleshooting but if the problem is still not resolved then they will take suitable action and even replace the unit if possible (In my case they did). Would recommend 100% for people looking for an excellent mixer grinder on a budget!

One of the worst products I have bought… The jar doesn’t fit in and is so difficult to remove and none of the jars have the handles intact.. there is leakage in the jars too… Terrible experience so far… Now I do not even know who will repair it with the warranty that I have…

This MG1 mixer grinder is a kind of machine which someone can easily use and handle in everyday kitchen needs. it comes with 3 stainless steel jars and one chopper jar which is enough for regular kitchen needs. I will try to highlight the pros and cons (not many though) which I have experienced after using for 1 week.
PROS:
1. first of all the motor noise. previously we were using a philips 750watts mixer grinder for past 6 years almost, which was pretty noisy while running even at lower RPMs. first thing which blew my mind was the noise coming from this MG1 mixer grinder, there was a reduction of almost 60% to 70% in noise to my bare ears even at higher RPMs which is pretty good.
2. the quality of the steel jars are very good. all the 3 jars (chutney jar, dry grinding jar and wet grinding jar) has a plastic handle, very easy to attach and detach on the main motor unit.
3. THE SAFETY FEATURES. the most important features. the motor will not start unless the jars are locked properly with the main motor unit. the main unit will remain shut down if there is a power failure while using and then the power comes back. you have to manually rotate the knob to the stop position and then again to the desired mode position to start the motor. the motor automatically detects the chopper unit and restrict it’s RPM to 2000 for perfect chopping of veggies.
4. THE SLOW MODE. the slow mode is very useful if you wants your chutneys to retain there textures. it’s also perfect for making juices from fruits without crushing the seeds. it has got one pulse mode switch for desired use also.
5. the main motor unit body comes with no vents. as it has got a BLDC motor, it does not get hot while in operation. so very easy to clean, no risk of going any kind of fluid inside the motor body.
6. the motor is energy efficient yet powerful, perfect for daily home cooking needs. less noisy and very little to almost nil vibration while in operation.
7. from price point of view it has been priced very competitively. not overpriced.
8. it comes with standard 2 years warranty, also got additional 1 year warranty after registering the product online on atomberg website. the customer care system is pretty good.
CONS:
well there are not many, but I wish if the company have provided locking system lids with the steel jars (the chopping jar has locking lids) it would be the cherry on the top.
CONCLUSION:
I am very happy with the purchase. no complaints regarding the product at all. if someone is looking for a perfect mixer grinder for their kitchen, it could be this one. ALMOST PERFECT..

excellent product . observed only two drawback of the machine
1. cover on mixer comes out easily when oily thing are grinded , we have to HOLD very tight on top of the COVER . IN particular while grinding masala or churning curd .
2. when our hands are sliglty oily found that THE ROUND SWTICH ALSO GET SLIPERY .
IGNORE IT AND BLINDLY BUY IT
