Kuvings GMPD9010U Combo Blender and Juicer

I was looking sooooo forward to trying to juice for the first time. When I recieved my first unit I was so excited I ran out and grabbed a bunch of fruit. I took the time to clean and cut the fruit up. I was disappointed the instructions did not have recipes or even tips. Well we can google that but still disappointing. I then tried the juicer and it just sat there humming at me and not turning the juicer blade. I discovered the motor was bent. So I sent that back and Amazon.com was gracious enough to replace the unit (Thank you that was great service!).

Take II… I once again went out a spent a lot of money on fruit I just could not wait. This time I decided not to do any work until I tested the unit. I checked the parts… the motor was straight and turned… That is a good start… Plugged it in an it would not start at all not even a humm. I checked the power and validated I read the instruction to confirm everything looked good. I went to check with the support group or forums. Maybe something I am doing wrong? No support or forums… As close as you get to tech support […]. If nothing else the lack of support should be seen as a red flag which I should have seen. Anyway after trying everything I could, I am sending this back and getting my money back. It is not worth the frustration. One time… issue happens. Two times… well there will not be a third for me.
