Only thing good about this chimney is that it will look good in your kitchen. Unfortunately, the Pros stops there.
The chimney flap stopped working within 10 months. Fortunately, first time it happened chimney was still in warranty. However, just after another 11 months, the flap stopped working again. I have 2021 model, so it only has 1 year comprehensive warranty.
Now, if I want to replace the logic board for flap, I will need to pay Rs. 5000+labour charge. It is better to go with non-slant chimneys because of so many moving parts that can fail. Company has used poor quality control. And new replacement parts are not good either.
Save yourself some headache and go for other brand or style chimney.

It’s a great looking chimney. Suction power could be better and noise level lower.

Deepan Raji from smart care has come for installation. He is very professional at his work and very punctual abt time very happy for that. He explained every minute details about product and it’s functioning.
In our kitchen Faber went pipe facility was very difficult thing but he managed to fix it well.. thanks for your support team for on time installation.

The flap stopped working after about 10 months since the product was under warranty the motor which opens and closes the flap was replaced. Again after a few months, the flap stopped working. I had to pay for the parts and labour this time since the product was out of warranty. It took them 2 months after numerous calls to change the faulty part. They advised me to use a stabilizer to avoid further issues with the flap motor malfunctioning due to voltage fluctuation. After 3 months even using it with a stabilizer the main motor stops abruptly after usage of 5-10 mins. And again start working after approx 15 mins. Pure random behaviour. It feels like I have wasted my money on this chimney moreover the useless service team makes it worse.

Demo was fully satisfying ,overall if you have a 3 burner go for this 90cms and I strongly recommend it!!!
